1)The change of raw meat and additive. 
   All raw material of meat and additive is need by all meat process factory,because of market competition and production cost,the factory need to change one or two times of supplier for meat and additive in one year.some times the meat will have big differ at the water content and fat content.while the manufacturing technique is not follow and changed in time,thus the quality of products will be low or have waste.

   Same name of additive,while his Effective content is differ,these all this reasons will effect the meat products,thus the quality will be low naturally.

2)The new recipe and new technology effection

   Because of new development of food machine and food additive,there have new recipe and technology on market, the food factory have new opportunity and bussiness chance,while because all is new so the factory is difficult to control the meat quality in daily production,the best way is doing well in the daily and control each step quality in production,thus the enterprise can be developed well.
