1. meat smoking machine  overview  

ZXL - 500 full-automatic electric heating smoke oven, with good-looking appearance and strong practicability, is composed of smokehouse, heating system, smoke generator, and exhaust system and drying system, cleaning system and electrical control system. With ChanMen cycling whole insulation board structure, full-automatic electric control, and temperature, time all can be preselected, it is applicable to steam and smoke for all kinds of sausage products and massive meat products. ZXL - 500 type electrical heating automatic smokehouse is the key equipment of modern meat production, production capacity of 0.5 T/furnace, suitable for small and medium-sized food processing enterprise’s use.

 

The smoked meat machine ’s key features:

1-1.Wide versatility: it has cooking, smoked, drying, baking function,etc. Users can choose according to product process requirements, and the process can automatically switching to each program.

     

1-2. Low energy consumption and high output, excellent quality, easy to clean. Evaporate smoked indoor, outside shell and floor, and each unit adopts stainless steel precision processing, clean and bright, easy to clean, meeting the food hygiene requirements. With hollow double-layer tempered glass, you can conveniently observe product’s each process indicators.

 

1-3.Using Kinco color touch screen, Japan OMRON PLC programmable controller. Large Windows human-machine interface vividly and directly displays equipment’s running status, and you can operation of adjust time, temperature, humidity exhaust size and other state parameters during operation.

 

1-4.The electrical control adopts Swiss ABB components, with good reliability.

 

1-5.Wooden grain smoke system: built-out smoke system’s smoke pipeline optimization design, can reduce tobacco tar on food contamination.

 

1-6.The door is made by hollow double glass, and you can intuitively observation internal product quality.

1-7.Using Japan SMC import solenoid valves, cylinder performance is stable and reliable.

ZXL – 500 full-automatic electric heating smokehouse’s electric controlling part is mainly composed of programmable controller PLC (CPM2AH - 40CDR OMRON), temperature control module (CMP1W - TS102 OMRON), touch screen, and humidity sensor MT510T PT100 and distribution control.

 

2-1.Touch screen MT510T’s main performance parameters:

(1). 10.4 ", 256 colors TFT color display;

(2). 640 x 480 resolution;

(3). Input voltage DC24V (21V - 28V), consumption current 430 ma;

(4). Environmental temperature 0-45 ℃, humidity 10-90RH %;

(5). Panels show: PWR power indicator light (yellow), CPU indicator light (green), COM communications indicator light (red).

 

2-2. PLC programmable controller’s main performance parameters:

(1). Input/output: OMRON CPM1E-N40DR-A, relay OMRON 24 point input, 16 point output;

(2). Power AC100 240V 60HZ, 50 - -, 60VA; 

(3). Input points DC24V 5 ma;

(4). Output each point of 250V 2A;

(5). Panels show IN input, output indicator lights moments PWR power indicator light, ERR, mistake indicator light, COM communications indicator.

 

2-3. Temperature and humidity module mainly performance parameters:

(1). Input PT100 third-line input, temperature measuring range - 50 ℃ - 500 ℃;

(2). Output to the PLC real-time display.

 

3. Users pay more attention, please.

(1). The steam sausage machine device power is large, please prepare a 160A leakage circuit breaker. The power wire adopts three-phase five-wire system, the cross-sectional area of phase line shall not be small than 25mm². This equipment’s heating system adopts electric heating pipes, to prevent getting an electric shock accidents, please make sure that airframe is reliably grounded.

 

(2). Users prepare an air compressor, please (namely, air pump).

 

(3). If use cooking function, please prepare a steam generator. Power is 48KW, and leaves its power terminals in the electric box.

If the power in kw is bigger than 12kw, pls connect power outside.

(4). Users prepare hopper trolley’s rod, please.

 

(5). This equipment is designed with large volume and heavy quality, please handle more carefully. The four hooks welded on top of the body can be used by cranes for easy handling.

 

(6). This equipment’s mechanical parts is one-year warranty, electrical parts is half a year warranty. Equipment is life-long maintenance, if it is over the warranty period, our company charge parts, back and forth fare, and labor costs, please carefully maintain this equipment.

  

(7). As for man-made damage and force majeure damage (such as lightening, etc) , my company is not responsible for warranty.
